If you cancel a task well in advance (for example, 36 hours or more before the scheduled time), you’ll receive a full refund automatically. If it’s a last-minute cancellation (say, within a few hours of the start time), a small late cancellation fee may apply – this is to fairly compensate the Tasker who set aside that time for you. The app will always show you if any fee applies at the point of cancellation, so there are no surprises.

If a Tasker ever cancels on you (very rare), you won’t be charged at all, of course. We’ll also do our best to help you reschedule or find a replacement Tasker if you still need the task done.

We sincerely hope nothing gets damaged, but if it does, we’ve got you covered. Naiads provides insurance for all tasks performed through our platform. This means if a Tasker accidentally breaks your lamp or there’s any property damage or injury during the task, our insurance policy can compensate for the loss. In our case, you can file a claim through our support team, and eligible damages will be covered up to the policy limit.
